Jenna is a Red Seal Chef, graduating from SAITs Culinary Program in 1991 & Business Program in 1995.Her previous restaurant ventures include San Remo Ristorante, previously located in Oakridge, Garrison Woods & McKenzie Towne.With her mom's best recipes in hand, Jenna set out with the idea of an Italian Market, Restaurant, Cafe & Deli. She wanted to build a place where one stop shop, meant just that.In 2016 the dream became a reality.
